Convenient location near central train station, artistic and colorful hotel design, effective noise management
Shower water pressure could use a boost!!! Room sizes are a bit cramped, which can feel uncomfortable if you have multiple bags. Air conditioning isn't up to par, could lose some stuffiness!!!

Great and lovely location with a train stationnear the hotel. Spotless and huge rooms with a broad array of channels, 2 bedrooms inside plus ice, varied breakfasts...

We would have extended the stay, the venue met required needs. The breakfast is generous and rich with the best cappuccino, scrambled eggs and croissants, lots to choose from. The room is newly remodelled with a bath, also they can offer wake-up service. All in all they offer excellent service.

I enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and easy access to explore Milan. The hotel's friendly staff was a highlight.
Unfortunately, the breakfast lacked variety and left something to be desired. Several guests mentioned the same limited options on multiple days.

Room 206 was spacious and clean and centrally located
Not really about the hotel itself but about the actual booking. I was surprised when checking out that the hotel accomodation was not settled through Bookings.Com and I needed to settle there and then. I am aware of this method but it was inconvenient for me since I had to use my personal credit card and not the company's since this was a business trip. Booked.net and their partner hotels should offer the option in all cases for the hotel bill to be pre-settled since this will be convenient for many customers like myself.

Good hotel with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. The staff even helped me with directions for the attractions on my first stay, showing their attentiveness. I highly recommend enjoying the hearty breakfast! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The hotel rooms are funky with cool lighting. There were tea and coffee making facilities in room, the TV included sky movies with movies in english and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the central train station and metro.
The king size bed consisted of two single mattresses, which is common in Europe, but in this case the mattresses were worn into trenches so it was like lying in a ditch with a mound in-between us. I found it very uncomfortable. We could also hear the television in the next room.

Very convenient if staying near the station, certainly the best option I found and wandering in the nearby neighbourhood seeing some of the others I'd considered online I definitely lucked out. Clean, funky, efficient, polite and it really is just ten minutes walk from Centrale.

Rooms are well decorated but not too much. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good. The staff serving breakfast is very nice and it's so good to see his happy face in the early morning~
